Registration is limited to quotas. (20 Personnel, 5 Graduates and personnel relatives, total 25 people.)

What to do for registration;

For METU personnel, you must apply for pre-registration between June 2-10, 2025, and for graduates and staff relatives between June 11-13, 2025 between 09:00-16:00 at the Baraka Sports Hall Registration Office. The link will be given to our pre-registered participants and they will need to fill out the registration form on the system by 16:00 on the following business day, and complete the final registration process with the athlete consent form and payment procedures at the Baraka Sports Hall. If the final registration process is not completed within the specified period, a quota will be opened for the substitute participant.

The documents required for final registration; (Signed registration form filled online, copy of METU Personnel ID/Graduate Diploma or graduate card, child passport photo) must be brought to the Baraka Sports Hall registration office to complete their final registration. The parental consent form will be signed during the final registration process. Payments can be made via credit card or debit card via POS devices.
